St. Leonards Trust
In common with all other schools, the Wilson School needs to operate on a tight budget. However, the school is fortunate to have in place a charitable trust, known as the St Leonard's Trust, which has been established to try and build up an endowment fund the income from which can be used to supplement the school's funding.
The trust is run independently of the school, though one of the trustees is also a member of our Board of Trustees.
The trust has started with small beginnings. We have received some donations that have gone towards establishing a capital base for the trust and the intention is that over time, through donations and perhaps legacies, the trust might grow to become a substantial supporter of the school.
