Teacher – Starting ASAP

We are looking for a teacher who naturally embeds creativity into their daily practice and makes learning fun. As a practitioner you will enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, all focused on supporting learning and development for each of our students. Due to the geographical nature of our school, a full driving license is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to – 

  • Develop a love of learning. 
  • Develop a creative approach to delivering the curriculum. 
  • Relate well with students, whanau, staff and other agencies.
  • Work collaboratively to develop personalised goals and monitor achievement

Experience working with young people with Autism or challenging behaviour could be beneficial. 

Must hold registration with Teaching Council New Zealand.

Caretaker – Starting Term 1, 2023 (Permanent)

This position is available on a permanent part-time basis – 12 hours per week (worked flexibly Monday – Friday during school hours) term time only (approx. 40 weeks per year), with the flexibility to complete additional hours during the school holidays as required. This position is predominately located at the Base School in Hauraki and on occasion at Satellite Classes located on the North Shore.
